Standard Single

Standard Single fares  can be booked right up to the day of travel.

Children 5 - 15 years old travel half price and there is a 10% discount on adult fares to customers holding a Family & Friends, 16 - 25, Senior, Disabled or National Forces Railcard. Children under five travel free, however the space available within each cabin does not allow for cots to be set up.  Please note that children under the age of five cannot travel free with holders of Bargain Berth tickets, unless two adults are travelling together and have sole occupancy of the berth. 

Advance Single 

If you can book ahead, our Advance Single tickets are ideal for you. Children under five travel free. Subject to availability, some special terms and conditions apply - please enquire at time of purchase.

Discounts

National Railcard holders including Family & Friends, 16 - 25, Senior and Disabled receive a 10% discount, and children 5 to 15 years old receive a 50% discount on Standard fares.

Standard National Railcard and child discounts apply on Advance Single tickets.

Advance Single fares must be booked at least 2 days in advance and will be subject to availability. *Early morning/late evening change at Edinburgh required.

Caledonian Solo

The Caledonian Solo supplement is available if you're travelling one way by Sleeper plus one way by day train and you're holding an Anytime Single or Return or Off-Peak Return.  This supplement gives exclusive use of a Twin Berth cabin and is available for only £54 per single journey.
