We are committed to improving facilities for our disabled customers. Because of this - and because of improvement works in general, some stations may close temporarily while facilities are upgraded. Engineering works can also affect access.

We are continuing making improvements to benefit our customers and as a result we have compiled information about our rolling stock to give you an insight of the facilities you can expect when travelling on our trains.

Ongoing Works at Stations

There is a lot of stations where work is ongoing to improve accessiblity and we advise that disabled people travelling to or from these stations who need assistance should contact our Assisted Travel Team on; 0800 912 2 901 or 18001 0800 912 2 901 (Text Relay Service, for hard of hearing).
