There is a lot of stations where work is ongoing to improve accessiblity and we advise that disabled people travelling to or from these stations who need assistance should contact our Assisted Travel Team on; 0800 912 2 901 or 18001 0800 912 2 901 (Text Relay Service, for hard of hearing).
As part of improvements to the railway network, Network Rail continuously carry out engineering works which may affect travel plans.
