Do I need to make a reservation? √
- You must hold a berth reservation for each journey.
- Reservations can be made at staffed stations, through Rail Appointed Travel Agents, or by phoning ScotRail Telesales on 08457 55 00 33.

- No refunds are available, however up to five unused Flexipass vouchers may be credited against the purchase of a new Flexipass.
