Customers in Linlithgow area invited to give their views

Monday 10 August 2009

ScotRail is inviting customers of rail services in the Linlithgow area to give the company their views at a public meeting on Thursday 10 September.

The Customer Forum offers an opportunity to talk directly with the senior management team and to hear the company’s plans for improving services.

Steve Montgomery, ScotRail’s managing director, said: “Feedback from our customers is extremely important to us and vital to delivering consistently high and continually improving standards.

“The forum is an opportunity to hear any concerns and suggestions, take questions from customers, and also to outline our plans for improvements over the coming months.”

The forum will begin at 1745 at The West Port Hotel, 18-20 West Port, Linlithgow. Light refreshments will be available from 1715.

As space is subject to availability, those wishing to attend are asked to register by calling 0141 335 4391, or emailing customerforums@firstgroup.com before Wednesday 9 September.
