Sainsbury's Rail Offer - Terms and Conditions
- Each voucher entitles the holder to purchase up to TWO of the following tickets in one transaction:
- £19 flat fare anywhere in Scotland
- £19 flat fare anywhere in Scotland plus free travel for one child (5-15 years). Under 5’s travel free on all ScotRail services.
- Tickets can be bought either in advance or on the day of travel before boarding the train.
- You must carry Part 2 of the voucher with you when travelling to validate your ticket(s).
- Travel is valid on all operators’ services (except Caledonian Sleeper and private charter services) between any two stations in Scotland.
- Monday to Friday you can travel on all services except:
- Those arriving into Glasgow Queen Street, Glasgow Central, Edinburgh Waverley, Haymarket, Dundee or Aberdeen before 0930.
- Those departing Glasgow Queen Street, Glasgow Central, Edinburgh Waverley or Haymarket between 1642 and 1809.
- The 1815 Edinburgh Waverley to Glasgow Queen Street and 1815 Glasgow Queen Street to Edinburgh Waverley services.
- At the weekend, you can travel on all services except:
- East Coast services on Sundays between Aberdeen and Edinburgh, in both directions, including intermediate stations.
- Outward travel is valid between 11 January and 31 March 2012 inclusive. Return travel is valid up to one month from the date of outward travel.
- Please note there are major football matches in Glasgow on 28 and 29 January and major rugby matches in Edinburgh on 4 and 26 February. Trains on these dates will be very busy and seating cannot be guaranteed.
- No further Railcard or concessionary discounts are available.
- Cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.
- Tickets are valid for Standard Class travel only. Upgrades to First Class are not permitted.
- Full refund is available on unused tickets before the date of outward travel, subject to a £10 administration fee.
- Break of journey or changes to travel plans are not permitted.
