ScotRail invites customers in Dundee to give their views

ScotRail is inviting customers of services in the Dundee area to give the company their views at a public meeting on Thursday 21 May.

The Customer Forum offers an opportunity to talk directly with the senior management team and to hear the company’s plans for improving services.

Steve Montgomery, ScotRail’s acting managing director, said: “Customer feedback is extremely important to us and vital to delivering consistently high and continually improving standards. This meeting will give us an opportunity to hear any concerns and suggestions as well as providing the chance for us to outline our plans for improvements over the coming months.”

The forum will begin at 17.45 at the Hilton in Earl Grey Place, Dundee. Light refreshments will be available from 17.15.
