Depart prepared and arrive rested. As a Caledonian Sleeper customer, you can enjoy a range of station facilities before you leave and when get to your destination.

Comfortable Customer Lounges

You’ll find Customer Lounges at the following stations:

Aberdeen

First Class Caledonian Sleeper customers and Advance Loyalty Club members can enjoy complimentary light snacks, refreshments and Wi-Fi access in the First Class lounge. It’s open daily and accessible through the Travel Centre.

Carlisle

Caledonian Sleeper customers can enjoy complimentary tea, coffee or mineral water Sunday to Friday in the Hallmark Hotel, just outside the station.

Edinburgh Waverley

Complimentary light snacks and refreshments, as well as access to phone and fax facilities are available to Caledonian Sleeper customers in the First Class lounge. It’s open Sunday to Friday and is next to platforms 11 and 14.

Glasgow Central

Caledonian Sleeper customers can use the on-train Lounge Car, which is available for early boarding from 10pm, Sunday to Friday.

Inverness

The customer lounge, accessible from the Travel Centre, is available from Sunday to Friday for Caledonian Sleeper customers to use.

London Euston

First Class Caledonian Sleeper customers and Advance Loyalty Club members can enjoy complimentary light snacks and refreshments in the newly refurbished Virgin Trains First Class lounge on the first floor, accessible from the main concourse. Dedicated Caledonian Sleeper Standard Single ticket holders can also be given access to the lounge Standard Class customers can use the Passenger lounge, which is on the main concourse opposite the left luggage office. Both lounges are open daily.

Handy luggage trolleys

You’ll find luggage trolleys available free of charge at Aberdeen, Fort William, Inverness and Edinburgh Waverley. Chargeable trolleys are available at Glasgow Central and London Euston.
