You may be aware that a direct ferry service from Scotland to the continent was recently reintroduced. The ferry runs from Rosyth to Zeebrugge 3 times per week, and to help you on your way, a free shuttle bus has been provided from Inverkeithing station to Rosyth Ferry Terminal. Taking just 10 minutes, the bus runs every 20 minutes prior to and during the ferry check-in period. Return buses to Inverkeithing station are timed to meet the incoming ferry at Rosyth.
From Inverkeithing, ScotRail operates a frequent train service to Edinburgh from where you can catch trains to Glasgow and many other destinations across Scotland. Click here to find out more about the bus link, and for links to information on ferry fares and schedules.
The shuttle bus has been provided thanks to a partnership between Fife Council and South East of Scotland Transport Partnership (SEStran).
