Rail awareness open days
How can we improve your journey?
Our Rail Awareness Open Days are all about making train travel easy and convenient for people with reduced mobility or a disability, and parents with prams and buggies.
Come along to an open day and find out more about what we do – and what we have planned – to make train travel accessible for everyone.
We’d also like to hear from you: tell us what you’d like to see and how we could better meet your needs. Your ideas will help us shape the future of our services.
Everyone’s welcome – including parents with young or disabled children, older people with disabilities, elderly customers, carers and companions of people with reduced mobility.
If you would like to attend a Rail Awareness Open Day, please register by email and tell us if you are attending as individual or as a representative of an organisation.
