The station is staffed for most trains, with level access to ticket office from street, ramps down to both platforms from connecting overbridge. There is a variable height ticket office window fitted with an induction loop. A ramp is available with prior notice. There is a public phone at the station entrance, 4 cycle lockers and 4 cycle racks. the station has customer information monitors, a ticket vending machine and CCTV in operation.

Camelon Train Station

It is an unstaffed halt, with ramp up to platform 2 with connecting ramped overbridge to platform 1. There is a Local Authority car park with 30 spaces, incl. 3 for Blue Badge holders. There are 4 cycle racks and a public phone in waiting shelter on platform 2. There are customer help points fitted with induction loop. RNIB REACT system - an audible direction system for visually impaired in operation and Tactile Map at the main entrance to the station. The station has a ticket venting machine, customer information monitors and CCTV.

Cardonald Train Station

It is an unstaffed halt, with ramps down to both platforms. There is space for parking for 10 cars, (unsurfaced & unlined) and 5 cycle racks. The station has customer help points fitted with induction loop on both platforms and CCTV.

Carluke Train Station
