Assistance for disabled customers
Disabled customers who need assistance with their journey are recommended to phone our free phone, 0800 912 2901 in advance to request assistance. Please call during office hours : 0700 to 2200 (Monday to Sunday). Outwith these hours an answerphone service is available.
No smoking at stations
In line with legislation, smoking is not permitted in enclosed areas at ScotRail stations (ie areas with at least three walls and a roof). All ScotRail trains are also non-smoking.
National Ticket On Departure (TOD)
Investment in the National Ticket On Departure scheme now allows us to offer a ticket collection facility at all staffed stations and all Ticket Vending Machines (TVMs) across the rail network for customers who book online or through our Customer Contact Centre (ask for details when booking). Please use the index above to check your station has a TVM or TOD facility.
