Changes to accessibility arrangements at Stirling
Keeping you moving during improvement works
Due to ongoing improvement works to accessibility services at Stirling station, it is essential that upgrade work is carried out to the customer lifts on platforms 2 and 3. Unfortunately, these improvements require the lifts to be out-of-service from 15 to 31 October, requiring some changes to how Passenger Assist is delivered at Stirling station.
JourneyCall have been alerted to this change and will contact all customers with booked assistance to make alternative travel arrangements, including arranging a taxi if necessary.
Customers requiring assistance who wish to travel through Stirling station should contact JourneyCall who can make suitable alternative arrangements, including arranging a taxi if necessary.
Customers without booked assistance at Stirling station who cannot access platforms 1 or 2 while improvements are made to the customer lifts should contact station staff who can will make suitable arrangements to get you to your destination, including arranging a taxi if necessary.
