Section 1 – Data Subject Details

If your request is for CCTV footage: where you think a crime may have been committed, you should contact the police and generate a crime reference number. The police can then follow their procedures to request footage from us. We are unable to release CCTV footage regarding potential criminal activity/ incidents directly to members of the public.

If you are requesting access to your own information please complete this form and provide us with a copy of your ScotRail card OR 1 copy of alternative identification:

  • Passport/ Travel document
  • Photo driving licence
  • Foreign National Identity card

If you are making this request on someone else’s behalf, please complete the details of the data subject below and explain further in Section 2. Please provide us with evidence of your authority to do so, e.g. letter of authority from the data subject, legal mandate or power of attorney documentation.

If you are making this request on behalf of a child under 16, please make this clear in Section 2 below.
