Volunteer Register of Interest

Thank you for contacting us, we are delighted that you are interested in participating in our volunteering programme.

The Adopt-A-Station programme is one of the most popular ways people volunteer with us, with over 260 stations adopted by many different types of groups and organisations across Scotland. Traditionally many railway stations were famous for their gardens – often created and managed by local station staff to greet the travelling public. More recently local community volunteers across the country have become involved in undertaking work to improve the physical environment of many stations. This work has included activities such as planters, station gardens, information boards and much more.
