Scotland’s Railway is playing a critical role help our country emerge from the Coronavirus pandemic – providing transport for key workers such as NHS staff, emergency workers and carers.
The Government has made it clear that public transport remains for essential journeys only, so that key workers and our staff can maintain a physical distance from each other. If your journey is not essential, please do not travel.
Our timetable is kept under regular review, and alterations to the timetable due to Coronavirus are ongoing in line with Scottish Government's Transport Transition Plan. As such, the current timetable is subject to short notice change and therefore we cannot offer seat reservations for a limited period of time.
This page will be updated as we reintroduce reservations on our Intercity, rural and scenic routes in the coming weeks.
