In January 2019, ScotRail began trialling an Account Based Ticketing solution which we called Smart Plus. The trial is now coming to an end.
Customer feedback during the trial has been generally positive and we have learned a lot about how this technology could work in the future.
Smart Plus product will cease to be accepted at midnight on 17th May.
We thank all customers who have taken part in the trial and provided us with valuable feedback and information which we will use to improve our services in the future.
