Wanna learn the secrets of the Splits? Bendy Belle has got your back! In Splits Splits Splits you will be guided through a warmup followed but a mix of active and passive flexibility training techniques. Workshop focused on building strength and flexibility for strong, sustainable Splits you can bring to the stage time and time again. You dont have to be able to do the Splits to come to the class. All are welcome! Options and alternations can be provided to accomodate different abilities and bodies.
