20% off for Avanti ticket holders

We’re delighted to have teamed up with Avanti to offer all their passengers a 20% discount on ScotRail Off-Peak tickets  to start or end their journey, or to enjoy a brilliant day out further afield in Scotland the following day. 

The offer is available for customers holding a valid Avanti ticket. To enjoy the discount, simply visit a ScotRail booking office and show your Avanti paper or e-ticket to save 20% on your Off-Peak ticket.

Terms and conditions

  • The discounted ticket must be purchased from a booking office, or when no booking office is available, from a member of on train staff. The offer is not available to book online.
  • The discounted ticket can be used on the same day as the valid Avanti ticket, or the following day. 
  • Valid for travel on ScotRail services only.
  • The discount cannot be used in conjunction with any other form of discount such as a railcard.
  • No refunds or changes to the ticket permitted.
