Please see the table below for some examples of how annual season ticket refunds are calculated from the point at which you return your season ticket. We have used two example routes to show customers how refunds are calculated for real annual season tickets. Please note: All annual season tickets are priced for 40 weeks of paid travel and 12 weeks of free travel. We advise season ticket holders to use the refund calculator to check the refund amount you are entitled to before submitting a refund claim.
