The Cauldron Edinburgh
The Cauldron Magical Cocktail Experience is a 1 hr 45 min immersive class where you wield a working magic wand and use molecular mixology to brew drinkable elixirs. After donning a robe and receiving a magic wand, you are led to an interactive work station where you test out your magic wand by pouring a welcome drink. You then choose two potions to brew from our range of molecular potion options, each of which have different traits and effects.
The Cheesery
Based just off the High Street, this friendly cheesemonger sells a terrific range of British and European cheeses. There’s a strong emphasis on supporting Scottish farmhouse cheesemakers with a selection that changes regularly. Deli produce to complement the cheeses includes olives, relishes and a selection of oatcakes and biscuits. Gift baskets can be bought for the cheese fans in your life and the shop can even create striking cheese wedding cakes.

The Cloudhouse Café and Gallery
The Cloudhouse Café offers a range of make-your-own sandwiches, toasties, baked potatoes, paninis, baguettes, and pitta pockets. The café also has a kid's menu. Along with the sandwich choices, one can choose from a variety of cakes that are freshly made on the premises. Their weekend breakfast menu includes freshly made pancakes, a healthy made breakfast, and a few other choices. Ice cream and sorbets sold are sourced locally from Langshaw Farmhouse.
The Clydeside Distillery
Historic scotch maker with group tours and a bottle shop, as well as a cafe with Scottish food paired with whisky. Housed in the old Pump House that once controlled the flow of goods into bustling Queen's Dock, the Clydeside Distillery began making its Lowland single malt in 2017. Collective
Established as an artist-run gallery in 1984, the Collective is committed to supporting new visual art through a programme of exhibitions, projects and commissions. It shows sculpture, painting, film and photography, nearly all of it self-generated, and collaborates with an average of 12 artists a year, with a particularly high profile at the Edinburgh Art Festival in August and events such as the Edinburgh International Film Festival and the Edinburgh Festival Fringe.
