Disabled People's Protection Policy

Our Disabled People's Protection Policy explains our commitment to meet the needs of people with disabilities.

We are currently in the process of updating our Disabled People’s Protection Policy and Guide to Policies and Practices. Please note that the advance notice booking period for assisted travel requests is 2 hours when travelling on any ScotRail service.

The policy is part of our station and train operator license. It has information about accessibility and the facilities of each station, and gives you the opportunity to leave feedback on the services we offer.
