As a member of Abellio Group, we operate 95% of passenger rail services in Scotland, providing 2,000 services a day. We also operate almost all of more than 340 passenger stations in Scotland, of which 142 are staffed.
Our performance improvement plan
Our Performance Improvement Plan - agreed with the Transport Minister and Transport Scotland - is designed to do just that.
The 249 actions will improve our overall train performance and give us a foundation to continue to improve punctuality in future. This plan will continue to evolve.
We are undergoing the biggest period of transformation and improvement of Scotland’s railway since the Victorian era. The work we're doing today will deliver a better, more reliable railway for tomorrow.
