Dennis Kennedy A.K.A 'DELBHOY KENNEDY'native to the popular port district of Leith, Northern Edinburgh, has nurtured a path fitting of his musical roots. Lead singer of well-known Edinburgh Street buskers The Kennedy project. Del is a particularly proud Leither & a major supporter of grass roots venues in his hometown!

After the success of 'Delbhoys' first Single Back to Basics and subsequent sold out single launch at Dr Bells 350 capacity hometown show with lone troubadour Lewis Floyd Henry, 'Delbhoy' stages his second single launch for Monsters in the Dark at Leith Dockers club May 30.

Del drafts in the skills of former Stone Roses & Simply Red axe man Aziz Ibrahim as special guest support. Aziz replaced legendary guitarist John Squire in seminal Manchester band The Stone Roses and has written classics for Ian Brown including My Star & Corpses in her mouth. Aziz was also lead guitarist on the infamous 1989 arena/stadium world tour with Simply Red selling out Wembley and performing to over 100.000 people in Rio & Sao Paulo.
