Tales from the Towpath

Citadel Arts Group's play inspired by stories of the Union Canal in Edinburgh. Well researched local history brought alive with music, humour and drama by 'one of Scotland's best-known community theatre companies' (Joyce Macmillan, The Scotsman). Tales from the Towpath explores the mysterious death of the man who designed the Scott Monument; the wild lives of the Irish navvies who worked on the canal; a modern-day date on a canal boat that goes wrong!
