The Black Watch Castle and Museum
The Black Watch Museum is housed in the historic Balhouise Castle. The origins of the Castle are said to date back to the 12th century. The museum tells the story of the iconic Black Watch Regiment, Scotland’s Premier Highland Regiment. The Castle gift shop offers a wide range of products from handpicked Scottish gifts to regimental mementos. The café serves fresh locally sourced produce. The venue also offers after hours private dining, exclusive use of the Castle alongside group and bespoke tours.
