Mustard Seed

Mustard Seed

When the Mustard Seed opened on the banks of the River Ness in 2001, Inverness had not seen its likes before. Housed in an old church building, its high vaulted ceiling, arched windows, exposed brick and mezzanine balcony, still make the restaurant the most impressive-looking eatery in the city. Weekly changing menus reflect the sunny, light interior, with dishes such as tempura cod with lemon and cracked pepper crème fraiche or grilled fillet of seabass with roasted cherry tomatoes and samorillio dressing.
